- 300 gr. spaghetti
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons (soup) butter or margarine
- ½ liter of milk
- 1 tablespoon (soup) full of wheat flour

1- Wash the chicken breast and cut it into small cubes. Reserve.
2- Bring plenty of water to boil in a saucepan. When the water boils, add a little salt and a drizzle of oil. Add the pasta.
3- While the pasta is cooking, heat a little oil in a pan and add the crushed garlic cloves, the chopped onion, until golden brown.
4- When everything is fried, add the chicken squares and mix. They need to be browned on all sides. Season it and reserve it.
5- In another saucepan, heat the butter, add the flour and salt, and stir. Add the milk and do not stop stirring until the Bechamel sauce.
6- When the dough thickens, add the chicken mixture, the chopped parsley and mix well.
7- When the pasta is done, drain it and pour it into a bowl. On top of the pasta, pour the chicken into the hot bechamel sauce and mix again.
