The brownies are a real delicacy for children. And if in addition to chocolate we add a can of Coca-Cola, all the better. We have discovered a very peculiar recipe that will surely make children's eyes jump, on weekends, at a birthday celebration and at any other time.
It is a very easy and fast recipe to make, and it does not require magic tricks or secrets so that its result is what you see in the photo. Coke will make it juicier and fluffier. You will see.
- 300 gr of wheat flour
- 200 gr. of sugar
- 100 gr. cocoa powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 can of Coca-cola
- 1 sachet of yeast
- Oil or butter or margarine to grease the pan
For coverage: 1 glass of milk, 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine and 2 tablespoons of sugar
1- Mix the flour (sifted), the yeast and the cocoa. Reserve.
2- In another bowl, add the egg yolks and the sugar, and beat until a whitish and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
3- To the yolks and the sugar, add the Coca-cola, little by little. Stir carefully.
4- Add the mixture of flour, cocoa and yeast. Stir.
5- Beat the whites and when they are about to snow, add them to the cake batter. Stir very carefully.
6- Pour the mixture into the mold previously greased with butter or margarine or oil and place in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
7- Prepare the coverage. Put the milk, sugar and butter in a saucepan and stir until it is reduced. Better to lower the heat to prevent the milk from boiling out of the saucepan. When it acquires a more caramelized consistency, remove it from the oven and cover the entire cake. If it is for the children's birthday, you can decorate it with lacasitos or with jelly beans, according to the taste of the little ones
