2. Add the cream little by little and mix until it forms a homogeneous mass. Put in the fridge for a couple of hours.

3. Pour the ice cream into the refrigerator and let it cool for about 40 minutes. If we do not have a refrigerator, pour the cream into a flat metal container, cover with plastic wrap and take to the freezer.

4. Stir the ice cream every 30 minutes during the first 3 hours so that it does not crystallize. If we have cooled with the refrigerator this step is not necessary, simply pour the ice cream into a container and let it cool completely. Take out about five or ten minutes before serving and leave it in the fridge.
